A touch of modern in the heart of Tahoe City, California

Over the past few years, we’ve renovated our home along the northwest shore of Lake Tahoe. We’re nestled up against the Tahoe National Forest with stunning views of the lake and the mountains that surround it. The house is conveniently located near the CA-89 providing easy access to downtown Tahoe City.

A short 5-minute walk separates the house from the lake, with a 10-minute drive, you can be at Alpine Meadows or Olympic Valley ski resorts. Just up the hill is Paige Meadows which has hiking and mountain biking trails in the summer and cross-country skiing trails in the winter. Kilner Park is a 2-minute drive and has a children’s playground, lighted tennis, and pickleball courts, sand volleyball court, walking and biking trails, picnic tables, group BBQ area, restrooms, and free parking.
